Pricing and Policies

Sessions

• The sessions are monthly and payment is for the amount of days per month. For example, if there are 5 Tuesdays in the month, the session would be for 5 classes

o $18.50 for each 45 minute class
o $24.00 for each one (1) hour class
o $36.00 for each 1½ hour class

• Initial paid tuition receives free Klub t-shirt

Payment

• All active clients are required to have a credit card on file
• Tuition will be charged on the first of each month
• The Klub Gymnastics requires that we receive written notification (letter or email) by the 25th of the month to be removed from automatic payment for the following month
• If we do not receive written notice, the first class will be charged to your account and will become non-refundable
• The remaining tuition can be credited or refunded
• Refunds to your credit card will post to your account within 10 -14 business days
• All receipts for automatic payment will be sent to the email account on file with The Klub Gymnastics
• Payment in full required at time of registration

Make-Up Classes

• There will be no credits issued for missed classes. Make-up classes will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please call 323.662.KLUB (5582) in advance to schedule a make-up class. Make-up classes need to be completed within a 60 day period. Canceled make-ups require a 24 hour notice. If not, make-up will be forfeited. Make-ups are only for actively enrolled students

Extended Absence

• If there are reasons for any extended absence, please call 323.662.KLUB (5582) to make arrangements

Discounts

• Receive a 10% discount on tuition with a SIJCC Community Member Benefit Card
• The Klub Gymnastics will offer a 10% discount for two (2) or more classes per family, per week Discount will be taken on lowest tuition amount

Referral Program

• The Klub Gymnastics will offer $10 for a ‘new’ gymnast referral. This offer is valid for new clients only with a payment of a full monthly session. This amount will be issued as a credit towards tuition

Membership Fee

• The Klub Gymnastics has an annual membership fee of $36 for the first student and $30 for the second student, with a cap $66 maximum per family. This amount will be pro-rated accordingly throughout the year. Membership fee is non refundable
