Hobbies: I love writing, hiking, playing piano and violin, video games, and painting. I'm also a huge fan of swimming!

Favorite Book, TV Show, or Movie: I love the book Inkheart by Cornelia Funke. I still have the copy my parents bought for me when I was around 5 or 6. I took that book with me everywhere.

Fun fact: Until I had surgery, I had one of the most crooked pinkies in medical history. My left pinky was bent at a complete 90 degree angle since birth. It's still crooked, but just less so. Since I was little, I called it my lucky pinky. It was a huge help in me differentiating my left from right hand!

What's your gymnastics background?: I took gymnastics to support my dancing career. I was formerly a pre-professional dancer up through college, and I still occasionally put on the old ballet flats for a barre class.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?: I wanted to be a paleontologist! I was obsessed with dinosaurs, and my parents were so nice in taking me to the Berkeley museum every weekend so I could hang out with my favorite fossils.

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?: Shapeshifting! I could then transform into any animal I want and have lots of different super powers!
