Self-defense classes or privates can be a great way to learn efficient and easy technics that could save your life. Our self-defense instructors are providing 60 minutes group or private sessions, for children, women and men. Private session for family members can be arranged and what a great way to spend some family time learning self-defense together.

About Our Instructor
Johnny started his martial arts training at the age of seven studying Karate, Kickboxing, Aikido and Krav Maga (Israeli Hand-to-Hand Combat). By twelve years old, he had already started combining these different forms and styles together. Besides training and competing in the disciplines of Martial Arts, Johnny also began a lifelong passion for bodybuilding.
This projected him into more competitive events, winning him the prestigious honor and title of Mr. Israel. Between the ages of eighteen to twenty-one, Johnny served in the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces). His years in training and education were now applied to his real life, combat experience.
Johnny teaches corporate seminars, group classes for women and children (5 years old minimum) and individuals in this art of survival. Some of his students include body guards, law enforcement officers, security personnel, and Mixed Martial Art Fighters.
